I had my 1st appointment with Dr Laura and found both the care and the time she gave to me was in my opinion outstanding. Also the foot injection that she gave to me has really improved my mobility I also find that all of the staff are always most helpful in solving my problems. Keep up the good work.

I don't particularly enjoy the early morning mad scramble to get an appointment but don't know how this could be improved other than having more than one operator taking our calls.

All of my recent experiences with nurses at the practice and with my doctor have made me feel informed about my treatment options and I have felt listened to and not dismissed which really helped. Receptionists always are willing to help whenever possible.

Honestly not much could have been done better. No complaints.

Early morning telephone appointment booking can be very busy & takes some time .. however the receptionist is always kind and does everything to help.

Can’t think of anything . All the visits I’ve had have been fine. Never had anything to complain about . Staff are always pleasant & professional .

I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The doctors are always thorough and explain everything to me.
